Units feature an all-inclusive private bed/bath inside a fully-furnished shared suite. Finishes include hardwood flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and in-unit laundry. Units are professionally cleaned once/week and shared household items are restocked according to need. This includes pots, pans, utensils, laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, and more! Amenities include a tenant lounge, fitness center, theatre room, and a patio for picnic and grilling. Short-term lease options as low as 3mo. are available. All utilities, excluding electric, come included in rent.
