What is coliving?
Coliving is a dynamic, new style of living that is sweeping the nation. Shared units come fully
furnished and feature private bedrooms/bathrooms. The idea is that you show up with only a suitcase.
Tenants sign individual leases for their own bedrooms. All utilities and perks are included in your
monthly rent.

How does roommate assignment work?
Roommate assignment is performed by management. Specific requests are welcomed but never
guaranteed. Management will make attempts to appease any displeasure with roommates during
the tenancy. Units are co-ed.
Can I transfer rooms?
Tenants are allowed to transfer rooms at the discretion of management. Management will review
each instance on a case-by-case basis. All transfers come with a $300 fee.
What are the coliving perks?
As a Pilsen Coliving resident, perks include weekly professional cleaning of the living quarters and kitchen as well as restocking of dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap. We also offer short-term lease options with a minimum 3-month lease term.
Are utilities included in my rent?
Yes! All utilities come included in your monthly rent.
Do I get my own bathroom?
We cannot guarantee all tenants will have a private bathroom. Over 95% of bedrooms come with
a private bathroom.
Are guests allowed?
Yes, guests are allowed at Pilsen Coliving. It is required that your guest sleep in your private
bedroom – guests are not allowed to sleep in the living quarters.
What if I want to bring my own furniture?
Tenants are allowed to bring small items to the property (ie. plates, small decorations). However,
units are required to maintain their original design, and furniture shall not be displaced/removed.

Move-in ready units come with appliances, toiletries, furniture, and high-speed Internet to make this your easiest move yet. Short-term leases are available with a 3-month minimum term.
LIVING ROOM ESSENTIALS
You move into a fully furnished apartment that lets you feel right at home, right away. Designed with pieces from luxury brands, each unit is outfitted with modern furniture to optimize space and create a homey feel.
MOVE-IN READY BEDROOMS
Each room at Pilsen Coliving comes with a full-size bed frame and mattress, a bedside table, lamp, closet, mirror, trash can, and hangers. Select rooms also have an attached bathroom for optimal privacy.
WEEKLY CLEANINGS
At no additional charge, we’ll send a professional cleaning crew to your apartment once a week to clean the unit’s communal spaces. This includes floors, kitchen, bathroom, and living room.
THE BASICS
We’ll provide plates, bowls, cups, mugs, pots, pans, silverware, cooking utensils, hand + dish soap, paper towels, sponges, trash bags, laundry + dishwasher pods, and multi-surface cleaner.
APPLIANCES
We’ll also take care of your kitchen appliances. We supply a toaster, blender, coffee maker, kettle, ironing board, and other essential items so you don’t have to worry about them.
IN-UNIT LAUNDRY
At Pilsen Coliving, our goal is to make your life easier. Simple luxuries like in-unit laundry do just that. No more hauling loads of clothes to a laundromat or frantically looking for quarters.
